Re: latest 'config' creates broken "ioconf.c" w/some custom kernels



The latest 'config' as of this commit:

Seems to have fixed the broken "ioconf.c" problem.

It appears, however, to have perturbed PR toolchain/52722 as i386 configs
which used to work fine now cause 'config' to busy-loop, segfault and
dump core.  See the latest additions to the PR.
