We have an "offensive" collection/database. _Moving_ offensive quotes to the -o file is an appropriate action; removing the quotes in their entirety is not appripriate, IMHO.
As the man page says (paraphrased) if you're not willing to _be_ offended, don't ask for an offensive fortune.
