Re: umass1: failed to create xfers

I've seen this happen sporadically too:

ehci0: handing over full speed device on port 2 to uhci0
umass0 at uhub0 port 2 configuration 1 interface 0
umass0: Jolla Jolla, rev 2.00/2.28, addr 2
umass0: using SCSI over Bulk-Only
umass0: failed to create xfers

If I detach/reattach ehci0 it works, sometimes:

ehci0 at pci0 dev 29 function 7: Intel 82801GB/GR USB EHCI Controller (rev. 0x02)
ehci0: interrupting at ioapic0 pin 19
ehci0: EHCI version 1.0
ehci0: wrong number of companions (4 != 1)
ehci0: companion controller, 2 ports each: uhci0
usb4 at ehci0: USB revision 2.0
uhub5 at usb4: Intel EHCI root hub, class 9/0, rev 2.00/1.00, addr 1
uhub5: 8 ports with 8 removable, self powered
uhub4: detached
uhub4: at uhub2 port 2 (addr 2) disconnected
uhub4 at uhub5 port 6: IBM product 4485, class 9/0, rev 2.00/0.01, addr 2
uhub4: multiple transaction translators
uhub4: 4 ports with 4 removable, self powered
uhub5: port 2, device not enabled
umass0 at uhub5 port 2 configuration 1 interface 0
umass0: Jolla Jolla, rev 2.00/2.28, addr 3
umass0: using SCSI over Bulk-Only
scsibus0 at umass0: 2 targets, 1 lun per target
sd0 at scsibus0 target 0 lun 0: <Linux, File-CD Gadget, 0000> disk removable
sd0: drive offline

I've found that disabling ehci or by using the in spec. timings low speed device
issues I've had go away too.

Cheers,
Ben
