Something must be wonky with my OBJDIR/DESTDIR.  I just rebuilt for
macppc from empty OBJDIR/DESTDIR/RELDIR then did another update build
immediately and it didn't rebuild freetype (or heimdal or asn1 stuff
either).

Looks like I'll need to do the same for the other arches I build.
