sem(4) is obsolete?

It would appear that the sem(4) man page is obsolete and should be 
updated?

It currently references "options P1003_1B_SEMAPHORE" but there is 
nothing in the kernel sources that references this option.

The functionality appears to reside currently in the compat/netbsd32/ 
code (and also in compat/freebsd/).
