Hi guys, the solution are very easy. Just open the casing pull out the hard 
drive, put it in your computer as a internal hard drive. Delete the 2 
partitions and create as 1 3 tb partition its very easy. Than quick format 
the 3 tb hard drive. Afterwards put it back into its casing and it will 
work perfectly. Enjoy.
