CURRENT hangs on initialization of 3ware Controller

Hi!

After update the kernel from 6.99.10 to 6.99.15 it hangs with following 
last lines:
twe0 at pci3 dev 3 function 0: 3ware Escalade
twe0: interrupting at ioapic0 pin 21

6.99.10 gives here following output:
