Interesting atf test info



I'm in the process of updating my test-bed to run our ATF tests in both uni-CPU and multi-CPU environments. I'm getting close, but I'm seeing some tests taking a _lot_ more time to run when running with 4 CPUs.

There are probably more, but this amount of increase is more than enough to make the total test exceed the two-hour time limit.

Both 1- and 4-CPU tests are running from the same image installed in a qemu virtual environment. Here's the dmesg from the boot:
