Actually, I have found that if I turn the mp3 player on before
connecting the USB then both EHCI and OCHI usb work fine.  This may be a
rockbox problem, I am sure I used to be able to connect without powering
on the device but I may have been using the original firmware back then.
Unfortunately, that firmware has bugs that won't get fixed so I switched
to using rockbox.
