Flash on i386/amd64 in current

I've just imported Ryo ONODERA's multimedia/adobe-flash-plugin11 from
pkgsrc-wip into pkgsrc,
and it should be working fine for i386 & x86_64 NetBSD-current users,
both with and without
pulseaudio.

If you don't have a fast display driver and/or machine then full
screen youtube may not be a marvelous
experience, but it seems fine on my Thinkpad T500...

If there are no reports of users who have issues with
multimedia/adobe-flash-plugin11 but were able to
use multimedia/adobe-flash-plugin10.1 then we will remove
multimedia/adobe-flash-plugin10.1.
