It started sometime this morning:
Oct 12 06:25:24 nas /netbsd: ohci4: 1 scheduling overruns
Oct 12 06:25:25 nas /netbsd: ohci4: 123 scheduling overruns
Oct 12 06:25:25 nas /netbsd: ohci4: 123 scheduling overruns
Oct 12 06:25:25 nas /netbsd: ohci4: 125 scheduling overruns
Oct 12 06:25:25 nas /netbsd: ohci4: 125 scheduling overruns
Oct 12 06:25:26 nas /netbsd: ohci4: 126 scheduling overruns
Oct 12 06:25:26 nas /netbsd: ohci4: 124 scheduling overruns
Oct 12 06:25:26 nas /netbsd: ohci4: 124 scheduling overruns
Oct 12 06:25:26 nas /netbsd: ohci4: 126 scheduling overruns
Oct 12 06:25:27 nas /netbsd: ohci4: 124 scheduling overruns
...
after 4 minutes 30 seconds it rebooted.

So that's not the solution :(
