I tried it, usbconfig in FreeBSD 9.0-BETA2 produced, including the USB 3.0 hard
drive

ugen0.1: <EHCI root HUB Intel> at usbus0, cfg=0 md=HOST spd=HIGH (480Mbps)
pwr=SAVE
ugen1.1: <XHCI root HUB 0x1033> at usbus1, cfg=0 md=HOST spd=SUPER (5.0Gbps)
pwr=SAVE
ugen2.1: <EHCI root HUB Intel> at usbus2, cfg=0 md=HOST spd=HIGH (480Mbps)
pwr=SAVE
ugen1.2: <My Book 1130 Western Digital> at usbus1, cfg=0 md=HOST spd=SUPER
(5.0Gbps) pwr=ON
ugen0.2: <product 0x0024 vendor 0x8087> at usbus0, cfg=0 md=HOST spd=HIGH
(480Mbps) pwr=SAVE
ugen2.2: <product 0x0024 vendor 0x8087> at usbus2, cfg=0 md=HOST spd=HIGH
(480Mbps) pwr=SAVE
ugen0.3: <USB Keyboard Logitech> at usbus0, cfg=0 md=HOST spd=LOW (1.5Mbps)
pwr=ON
ugen0.4: <USB Optical Mouse Logitech> at usbus0, cfg=0 md=HOST spd=LOW
(1.5Mbps) pwr=ON
ugen2.3: <DataTraveler 2.0 Kingston> at usbus2, cfg=0 md=HOST spd=HIGH
(480Mbps) pwr=ON
ugen0.5: <DataTraveler 112 Kingston> at usbus0, cfg=0 md=HOST spd=HIGH
(480Mbps) pwr=ON

(end of quoted output)

DataTraveler 112 Kingston is the USB stick that NetBSD balks on.
