Sorry, now that I have actually found the page you linked to,
I see that your instructions avoid the use of the backtrace command
altogether, so I have take back my comment that they "probably won't
work".

It would still be really helpful if someone could fix the ddb
backtrace command, though.  It shouldn't be too hard now that
we know exactly which commit broke it.
