This is the reason I did not submit a PR. I guess one could do
RAID on top of LVM.

This is also true for CCD and CGD. Should LVM start after or before
them by default? I don't think leaving it undefined is the 
correct choice.

I expect LVM on top of raidframe/CCD/CGD is more common.
