The system hangs after printing cpu0 at mainbus0 apid 0, but works
fine without ACPI in MP mode, or in UP mode with ACPI enabed.
Sounds like my problem on a commodity box running NetBSD 5.0.1
(GENERIC) #0: Thu Jul 30 01:39:11 UTC 2009. I had already tried a few
upgrades before that. I was about to upgrade to the latest version to
see if it was fixed since then. I will report once I have.

When disabling ACPI, cpu0 gets apid 1 at mainbus0. Does that mean
anything to anyone?
