Oops, thanks for catching that. Fixed below.

I am not exceptionally familiar with ohci, it looked like the
hardware handles the data toggle except for reset which
happens on configuration events (which I attempted to fix
in the patch, maybe I got it wrong?).

I will look at it some more.
