On my T60 I sometimes see the following
Jan 3 09:57:38 galant /netbsd: pms0 at pckbc1 (aux slot)
Jan 3 09:57:38 galant /netbsd: pms0: Synaptics touchpad version 6.2
Jan 3 09:57:38 galant /netbsd: pms0: Palm detect, Multi-finger
Jan 3 09:57:38 galant /netbsd: pckbc1: using irq 12 for aux slot
[thats normal]
Jan 3 09:58:00 galant /netbsd: pckbport: command timeout
Jan 3 09:58:00 galant /netbsd: pms0: synaptics_enable: Error enabling device.
[only sometimes]
and I suppose its probably related.. I have noticed that sometimes the
touchpad and/or the upper buttons will not be working but I normally use
an external mouse so I don't know how often it happens.
regards,
iain
