Build problem on i386/amd64 with MKDEBUGLIBS=yes

Hi,

I've just had a build failure building an i386 release using MKDEBUGLIBS=yes. 
It turns out an extra library is built that is not in the set lists.

I filed PR port-i386/41991 about it which contains the fix.
