You can place DomU disks on LVM on Dom0 and exports Logical partitions  
like disks
with iSCSI. You will need to boot kernel + ramdisk which will connect/ 
mount iSCSI
disk during boot and chroot to mounted disk if it is possible with  
iSCSI.
