pxeboot improvement request

Hi,

Our pxeboot now has ablility to load boot.cfg file from net-boot
server.  When the file resides in NFS top directory and the NFS
export mis-configured, pxeboot fails siliently to load boot.cfg
and proceeds to "Press turn to boot now, ..." line.  It's misleading
since afterwards "boot netbsd" by hand always fails anyway.
So, pxeboot should show an error indication telling "boot.cfg"
read failure on that occasion, and prompts users to reconsider
net setup instead of go to next step.

(I repeatedly fail to "/etc/rc.d/mountd restart" after vnd switching
and the only way I notice my error when pxeboot shows no menu
lines...)
