Mutex error, Panic on i386 (NetBSD-5_RC1)

Hi,

I see a Panic when shutting down my pc...

I have downloaded the i386cd.iso from here:
ftp://ftp.netbsd.org/pub/NetBSD-daily/netbsd-5-0-RC1/200901280002Z/iso
and installed NetBSD on my amd sempron; I am using the GENERIC kernel
with one change described here:
http://mail-index.netbsd.org/netbsd-bugs/2004/03/01/0004.html

that is in src/sys/dev/pci/if_sip.c I changed
sc->sc_tx_fill_thresh = 64/32;
to:
sc->sc_tx_fill_thresh = 256/32;

which makes my network card work... other then this the GENERIC kernel
is unchanged. The source is what I found in
ftp://ftp.netbsd.org/pub/NetBSD-daily/netbsd-5-0-RC1/200901280002Z/i386/...
somewhere in tar_files/

as this shows swapctl I should probably mention that I am using swap on
a cryptographic disk as described here:
http://www.netbsd.org/docs/guide/en/chap-cgd.html

what other information could I provide and is this the correct list?
I attached my dmesg.

thanks in advance and best regards,
