nmap in netbsd-5

Hi there,

I'm trying to use nmap in SYN and UDP scanmodes in NetBSD-5 but it won't work.
TCP scans as user work very well, as root everything fails. :(

I'll try to update my kernel and userland to HEAD of netbsd-5, but maybe
somebody knows how to fix this issue.

best regards,
Frederic Jaeckel
