I don't think any imake is used to make Xorg. The xmkmf/imake build system 
has been mostly stripped out and definitely not maintained in Xorg for a 
few years now. There has even been discussion about removing imake tool 
from Xorg.

(But that doesn't solve your real problem. Hopefully the other reply about 
updating pkgsrc helps you.)
