Leave puffs out of it, it's done nothing to hurt you ;)

The reason is that since I made the change to install rump, no rump
binary gets linked automatically without MKPUFFS=yes, and hence linker
errors go unnoticed for most builds.  I keep meaning to propose a
"make kerneltest/beforecommit" or such, which would a) build a kernel
b) build rump c) run some simple regression tests using rump.  (Also,
ideally d) boot the kernel build in step 'a', but that might be slightly
more challenging ;)

Maybe I'll finally get around to this by the end of next week...
