This is not a silicon problem.  It is a software problem.  Somewhere
cbb(4) or pcmcia(4) has lost track of the fact that either it had never
established, or established and disestablished, an interrupt handler.

If you activate the pcmcia/cardbus/pccbb debug options, we can probably
get to the bottom of this.

BTW, I am not confident that the O2 Micro silicon can be blamed for your
SATA at CardBus problem.
