No, its an i386 XEN3_DOMU (with a GENERIC.local that sets a few things but 
nothing like DIAGNOSTIC).   I also see it happen with a XEN3_DOM0, but not 
with a whole bunch of systems that run a more or less GENERIC 4.99.58 (but 
haven't tried those with a more recent kernel).
