28 days of uptime, this time. But not specifically fonts this time. The
screen was basically frozen but I could still move the mouse.  I had
picom as compose manager running (empty config file) so that is no
guarantee. I wasn't doing much in particular; a Save File dialog from
Firefox had just popped up.

Quitting and restarting X and xdm, or startx, didn't bring the Radeon
back in a usable state. Instead of the initial screen the previous
contents was still there, although a bit garbled around. I had to
reboot.

Did I mention I hate graphics hardware? Everything newer than an Amiga
sucks.
