That appears to depend on order of configuring to reverse to provide a
successful order of unconfiguring.  This works in almost all cases, but
not quite all; consider something-on-RAID, with a vnd on that something
hot-added to the RAID.  (This isn't really useful; except in some very
peculiar special cases, it'll infinite-recurse when the RAID gets used.
But it's an example of how the hierarchy can end up loopy.)
