Permissions problem with fossil repository on ftp.netbsd.orgm

There appears to be a problem with the permissions on the src.fossil file 
on ftp.netbsd.org:

550 src.fossil: Permission denied.


The pkgsrc.fossil file is fine though, so I guess it's just a matter of 
chmod'ing it to be readable.
