Talk to setuptools or setuptools-gettext upstreams about it?
I don't see anything in fs-uae-launcher that looks like it's causing this.

For now, pkg_delete py313-setuptools-gettext, and/or make a
post-install rule that removes the second copies of the files, if they
exist - but with a link to the upstream bug report, so we can remove
it at some point.
