py313-setuptools-gettext breaks fs-uae-launcher PLIST

Apparently installing py313-setuptools-gettext-0.1.18 breaks the PLIST generation for at least fs-uae-launcher - it causes near duplicate lines for .mo files where a "-" is replaced with a "_" 

Would anyone have any thoughts?
