www/chromium NOT_FOR_BULK_PLATFORM

Hi,

Just a heads-up that I will be adding NOT_FOR_BULK_PLATFORM=* to my bulk 
builds for www/chromium.  It takes just short of 66 hours(!) to build on 
my:

  cpu15: "Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU E5-2697 v4 @ 2.30GHz"
  hw.usermem64 = 68678144000

build host, and given the huge number of dependencies it has, it is 
almost guaranteed that it will need to be rebuilt on every run.

For reference, the second longest build time is libreoffice at a mere 11 
hours.

Anyway, in case you are wondering why it is missing from my reports and 
binary package repository.  This obviously doesn't affect anyone else's 
builds, and is perhaps something that others may want to do to ensure 
timely reports.
