Hi!

Can someone please make editors/emacs/modules.mk more usable?

It seems to pre-date similar infrastructure for php/python/ruby/...

What is missing?

- build packages for each supported emacs version

- replace FOR_*/NOT_FOR_* with EMACS_VERSIONS_ACCEPTED (already
  exists)/EMACS_VERSIONS_INCOMPATIBLE(missing)

- update mk/pbulk to handle it like php/python/ruby/...
