rust update to 1.85.1

Hi!

I'd like to update lang/rust{,-bin} to 1.85.1 using the
wip/rust185{,-bin} packages.

Following the incoming policy, I've run two bulk builds, one each for
RUST_TYPE=bin and RUST_TYPE=src, on NetBSD 10.99.12/x86_64.

Both ran to completion with no failing packages.
