I think this one is a special case.  One does not talk about how to get
the distfile, nor does one provide copies of the distfile....  if I
remember things correctly.


Of course, given that a reasonable argument might be made that DVDCSS
isn't really security....  just a poor facsimile of security....  one
might not worry too much about providing the de-DVDCSS code.
