pkg_rolling-replace and rust updates

Why does this happen so often? It reminds me of the vim-share issue that we've had for many years.

Latest pkgsrc, NetBSD 10.1, via pkg_rolling-replace -suv:

...
=> Creating binary package /usr/pkgsrc/www/curl/work/.packages/curl-8.11.1nb1.tgz
===> package-message [curl-8.11.1nb1 rust-1.81.0 cargo-c-0.9.32 libimagequant-4.3.3 gd-2.3.3nb14] ===> Building binary package for curl-8.11.1nb1
