lang/smlnj-110.99.6.1 in my local pkgsrc tree builds and works under
NetBSD/i386 10 and NetBSD/amd64-current.

lang/smlnj11072 does not build for these NetBSD environments.

I feel that it is appropriate to remove lang/smlnj11072.
