fails to detect numpy since 2024Q2

- chat/coyim
failing on every platform since 2024-05-10

- comms/asterisk19
still failing on every platform due to downloading pjproject
during build

- cross/freemint-pml
failing on every platform since 2023-12-22

- databases/geneweb
failing on every platform for over a year
(ocaml API changes?)

- devel/SOPE5
failing on every platform for over a year
(ObjC toolchain issues)

- devel/woboq_codebrowser
failing on every platform since 2024-07-20
(looks like LLVM API incompatibility)

- lang/racket
succeeding very rarely (race condition?)

- lang/smalltalk
failing on every platform since 2024-03-26
"error: cannot find glib/gwin32.h"

- lang/smlnj11072
failing on every platform since 2023-10-22

- misc/hanzim
has never worked in bulk builds, ever ever,
but still clutters up the log.
Requires an X server to be running (!?)

- sysutils/skopeo
failing on every platform since it was added
"sh: go: not found"

- x11/labltk
failing on every platform for over a year
"gmake[1]: liblabltk.a: No such file or directory"
