I've now committed this work.

Please let me know ASAP if I missed anything, it's always possible I 
missed something during the git->cvs conversion.

I'm also happy to look at any ncurses-related issues you see over the 
next few weeks, especially if any NetBSD folks want to look at migrating 
any remaining packages that force devel/ncurses/buildlink3.mk over to 
mk/curses.buildlink3.mk.
