Re: llvm rebuild gets confused

Answering myself:

Package `llvm-16.0.6nb1' is still required by other packages:
	rust-1.69.0
	rust-1.73.0

This problem keeps coming up, although usually it's with vim. How is this 
fixed, and why isn't a package with multiple dependent versions of the 
same package marked as problematic by pkg_admin?
