qbrz is qt4 based (at least in trunk). Maybe it would not be too
difficult to help them to upgrade to qt5 if you need it.

I almost switched sqliteman to qt5 in pkgsrc with local patches, but it
relied on internal headers copied from qt4 into the project that was too
much for downstream patching.
