Thanks to Greg for noticing that GraphicsMagick was defaulting to the
ghostscript option off, it was just the incorrect gs:run in
RUN_DEPENDS which was unnecessarily pulling it in.

OK, so the default is still no ghostscript, its just now the handling
is right :)
