Enchant 2

Hi!

I have been looking at textproc/enchant and updating it. The new major
release unfortunately uses a new pkgconfig name and soname
(enchant-2), and as far as I can see, not all its reverse dependencies
support it without some updates.

My plan is the following, please tell me if that makes sense:

1. Copy textproc/enchant to textproc/enchant1, update all packages to use that.
2. Import from wip/enchant to textproc/enchant, make both versions
installable side by side.
3. Update rdepends one by one.
4. Remove enchant1 (hopefully).
