Ruby 2.5.0 has added and life of ruby22

Hi,

I've added Ruby 2.5.0 support to pkgsrc and there might be some
problem with bulk build.  (I have numbers of ruby packages in my work
tree not related to Ruby 2.5.0.)

Some addtional notes to pacakge maintainer:

1. I'll change default version of Ruby to 2.4.

2. Ruby 2.2.x will be EOL at the end of March, 2018.  So, please
   update your pacakges to ready for Ruby 2.3 and later.
   (Especially, redmine!)
