My attempt to test all the packages I am currently using on MacOS has run into another bump: textproc/gtk-doc fails with the following:

checking for XML catalog... /Users/brook/pkg-2017Q1/etc/xml/catalog
checking for xmlcatalog... /Users/brook/pkg-2017Q1/bin/xmlcatalog
checking for DocBook XML DTD V4.3 in XML catalog... not found
configure: error: could not find DocBook XML DTD V4.3 in XML catalog
*** Error code 1

Is this part of the same problem with DocBook that shows up with security/policykit and systutils/dbus? [1]  Thoughts welcome.
