libtool 2.4.6 call for testing

Hi,

I've prepared an update of libtool to 2.4.6 here:

This has been tested in a bulk build on SmartOS here:

As you can see it looks pretty good (15,049 packages compared with
7,996 with current libtool), but I'd like more widespread platform
testing, especially with various BSDs that I don't have.

Please give it a go and report any issues back to me.
