Pkgsrc unusable on lots of platforms now

Hey folks,

pulseaudio in pkgsrc current requires consolekit, which depends on
the essential non-portable and extremely outdated spidermonkey17.

This is not a good idea and makes huge clusters of pkgs unbuildable on
lots of architectures.

Is this really needed?

P.S.: I'd of course prefer a global "no pulse audio at all" option honoured
by all pkgs ;-)
