lua again

Apache seems fine now with option 'lua' (thanks, ryo!) but I notice other issues such as with gnuplot.

Appears that the problem there is the absence of BL3 bin files fixing up, for example, lua -> $PREFIX/bin/lua5.2 

This seems to be a frequent problem with packages using ALTERNATIVES... 

Is this perhaps something that could be automatically gleaned from the ALTERNATIVES file during 'wrapper'
