I have same response from wiz@.
For example, some Linux distributions may have gettext 0.18.3
with glade support in base.
I believe that we should use such gettext tools from base.
And my patch cannot recognize PKGREVISION.
I cannot specify 'nb1' for GETTEXT_REQD.

Could you provide your solution/patch?
