The first part of this package (freeswitch-music) is ready to commit.
I think I will commit it as is for now.  We can always repaint the shed
later.  I really want to get to the base package.

I am going with your suggestion of bitrate.  I am making the 8K one
"bitrate08k" so that the options are in ascending order.
